About M2E savjetovanje
M2E savjetovanje was established by Domagoj Jurjević as a consulting firm that provides services to its clients mainly based on his expert and managerial experience gained by working on the top management positions in National Regulatory Authority (HAKOM) and EU Regulatory Authority (BEREC).
M2E savjetovanje is meant to become a niche consulting firm mainly dedicated to regulatory topics which strongly influence the market performance of the number of market players (operators, over-the-top (OTT) players, etc.) as well as different institutions. Furthermore, M2E savjetovanje will focus on the influence of new technologies and new business models (e.g. 5G, IoT) on regulation and vice versa.
Besides that, M2E savjetovanje will be dedicated to helping the institutions in different countries that are in the process of joining the EU with implementation of EU policies and EU regulatory frameworks in electronic communications sector.
Together with the companies we worked with on different projects, M2E savjetovanje will be able to provide consulting services covering all key areas of regulation (economy, law and technical) trying to obtain strong presence in the market.

CAREER BACKGROUND
Domagoj is a former executive with in-depth interdisciplinary knowledge of regulatory, telecoms and economic policy, proactive and always on top of things. Domagoj has vast experience of EU telecom regulation and a proven record of regulating market players as well as generating and building relationships with different stakeholders (EU institutions, National Telecom Regulatory Authorities, market players on national and EU level).
Domagoj was working on different middle and top management positions in public regulatory institutions so his skills include deep expert knowledge of competition law based regulation and competition issues on electronic communications markets with emphasis on understanding of functioning of the telecom markets and disruptive impact of new technologies and new business models on traditional services in different areas (telecommunications, media, sports rights, etc.). Expert knowledge, together with managerial experience, helps him to be able to consult his clients from expert to strategical topics and decisions.
